did 80 squats for the squat challenge.. I’m feeling sore already, I have never done this many squats in my life.
squats, squats, squats…
I was kind of in a rut in May so I started doing the 50 squats a day to kick things up a notch.. I hope everyone tries it out.. its just a little thing that takes 5 minutes but its adds up to 1500 extra squats a month…. makes a difference!

I got a bunch of messages this week from people telling me that my photos were on Pinterest linked to a weight loss scheme website.. How crazy is that?? I can’t find a way to contact this company.. but FYI they are full of shit, and why steal pics to promote their website? why not get legit ones… I don’t use any products, magic plans or whatever it is they are selling… I eat right and workout to stay fit!!

Thank you, so glad u are motivated and setting a great example for your family!! It was hard for me in the beginning to eat differently and it still is, lol.. Everyone I know eats lots of crap and processed food but I can still hang out with everyone and go for food with them.. Just because I’m hanging with people who eat junky food doesn’t mean I have to eat it too, same as they don’t have to eat my food.. different people, different choices, its all good. People can give me a hard time about my food all they want.. I feel great and am 44 still fit!

thanks :) I don’t eat anything processed and only have protein bars every once in a while.. they are just like candy bars only with protein!! I don’t use protein shakes either.. I’ve given up sugar and processed food so I at least want to eat food I can chew that fills me up..
