Ive been doing squats with the spotting bar and was hoping that itll help raise my bum a little bit! its got a good shape and is good overall i just want it to lift a lil more! haha do you think theyve been helping you? and do you do them with the weight bar or a different way? ps your bum looks great so keep doing them! haha :)
yes, that is my butt lol.. I love the 50 extra squats a day and I am continuing to do it still and have definitely felt an extra lift. The extra squats are just unweighted, they are in addition to my normal routine with weights which is here. Definitely try it out and eliminating junk food is key for a tighter butt!
