I'm almost done with my freshman year of college and I'm going through the same type of thing you did with gaining weight and all that. I've been a dancer all my life so I haven't had any trouble keeping a somewhat decent body until now. I know you've probably answered this before but what types of things do you eat when you go out to restaurants with friends? Are there any specific things you look for on a menu?
