I’m not someone who follows a specific plan.. I eat out all the time and I don’t track my food.. just consistent good choices all the time, never any junk… same boring food every day, even in restaurants lol… grilled chicken, fish, brown rice, oatmeal, wheat bread, turkey slices, veggies, nuts, fruit, yogurt.. my entire food guide is here..
Not such a scientific method, but I can tell if I am getting the right amount of food by how my clothing fits :) After a while you get to know your needs and become very familiar with eating right for yourself.
