Here is my weekly workout routine
The workouts are very important butt… the most important thing is the eating!!! No junk food, crap or fast food, fried food, alcohol, butter, cream cheese, bacon, cookies, candy, ice cream, pizza, fancy starbuck drinks etc…

As much as I say don’t eat the junk and crap… no one realizes how much of a difference it actually makes until you do it and see all the amazing changes happen to your own body :)
