Q: I see you have been doing 50 squats a day since May, are they weighted or just air squats?
A: I am doing the 50 a day without weights, and they are still hard!
This is in addition to my regular weekly routine.
Along with eating right!!! (Eating the appropriate amount of food each day for my body size and activity level)
If I was consistently over eating or eating crap I would not be in good shape no matter how great my workouts were.
Q: What supplements to you use?
I eat right and exercise consistently… WOW, it really works!!!!!!
