thanks :)  My weekly routine is here.

I’ve been doing 50 extra squats a day just as something extra in May.. Its only going to make improvements for anyone who wants to try it out.  This ass isn’t going to lift itself.. the most important exercises for legs/ass are squats, lunges, and deadlifts.  The nickname that I call deadlifts is ‘ass jackers’ because they jack your ass up from being saggy.  Eating right is very important as well!

I think I eat out at least 10 times a week lol.. but typically get the same stuff all the time and I don’t mind it at all.  At Chili’s the salmon is just grilled so I don’t need to say anything special about that, but I order the broccoli without the cheese and the corn without the butter (say you are allergic and they will be scared to kill you and make sure no butter is on it).  And at the Asian place I order grilled chicken with broccoli and ask for the sauce on the side..

I’ve never focused or been interested in ‘cheating’, eating crap, finding out how much crap I can eat, or any kind of let’s eat some fucking crap day… and of course I think it all tastes great, but I’m focused on being and feeling my best… While its true, that a little shit eating won’t destroy my body, I just don’t even think that way.  I’m not saying my thinking is the ‘right’ way to go at all, but that is what I do.  It is up to everyone to find their balance in how much to focus on eating shit and crap!
